Before You Cancel – Important Information

We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. Please take a moment to review the following before submitting your cancellation request:

Notice Period and Final Billing

To cancel your Studio Malt Managed Web Services subscription, written notice is required. By completing and submitting this form, your cancellation notice will be considered received as of today. Your cancellation will become effective 30 days from the date of submission. During this notice period:

• Your website services will remain fully active
• Our team will continue to support your website under your current agreement
• Full payment is required for the final 30-day period, regardless of whether you choose to access or use the services during this time

This window is designed to give you time to transition your website, migrate your data, and ensure continuity on your side.

Refund Policy

Please note that Studio Malt does not offer refunds for:

• Partial months of service if you cancel mid-billing cycle
• Unused support hours
• Prepaid periods (including quarterly or annual payments) once your service has commenced
